We act as an insurance intermediary and broker. We work on your behalf when arranging insurance. We provide advised sales — meaning we assess your demands and needs and give you a personal recommendation, explaining why a particular product is suitable for you.
We are authorised to arrange, advise on, and place general insurance contracts directly with insurers.
We place business with a range of insurers. We will advise you whether we are providing a fair and personal analysis of the market for your specific requirements. Where we do not conduct a full market analysis, we will make this clear and explain the basis of our recommendation.

We are remunerated by commission from insurers when we arrange insurance on your behalf. This commission is included within the premium you pay.
In some circumstances, we may also charge an administration fee. Where this applies, it will always be disclosed to you before you conclude your contract.

Where premium finance is arranged, we may also receive commission from the finance provider.
We do not hold client money. All premiums are handled on a risk transfer basis. This means any premium you pay to us is treated as having been received by the insurer from the point of payment.
We do not provide our own credit facilities. If you wish to pay your premium by instalments, we may introduce you to PremFina Limited, an FCA-regulated premium finance provider. Full terms and conditions of any finance agreement will be provided to you directly by PremFina.
We maintain appropriate procedures to identify and manage any conflicts of interest. Where a conflict cannot be avoided, we will disclose the nature of that conflict to you clearly before you conclude your contract.
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly and aim to resolve it as quickly as possible.
If we are unable to resolve your complaint within three business days, we will keep you informed of progress.
We will provide a final response within eight weeks of receiving your complaint.
If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if eight weeks have passed, you may have the right to refer your complaint to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
