Planning a renovation?

When a property is being renovated, standard home insurance often becomes invalid or restricted. Insurers treat it as a higher-risk period — open structures, live electrics, tools on site, contractors coming and going. Without specialist cover in place, if something goes wrong during works, the owner may not be covered.
